Silent Mode; After Log Publish, the Print Documents wizard was incorrectly displayed

If finPOWER Connect was started in Silent Mode, e.g., when running from a Windows Scheduled Task, then running a Log Publish (from a Script) would, upon completion, display the Print Documents wizard if there were any non-Email or SMS Documents to print.

This would prevent finPOWER Connect from automatically closing since it can only be closed once all forms have been closed.
