Messaging/ SMS Add-On; New Interface implemented for SMS services

A new Messaging Interface, specifically targeting SMS Messages, has been added. This is a major rewrite and future proofs this functionality.

NOTE: Because this is a major change, the current SMS interface is still available and you must specifically turn on the new interface to use.

Under Tools, Global Settings, Messaging group, SMS page you can turn on the new interface by checking the "Use new Messaging Interface?" option.

The new interface introduces the following:

1. Integration into Cost Centres.
2. Where possible, Delivery Status updates.
3. Where possible, Replies.
4. A new set of Business Layer objects and functionality to work with SMS Messaging.
5. A New "Advanced Messaging" Add-On

NOTE: The new Messaging interface is BETA release only. Therefore, use with caution and test before using in production.
