Word Documents; added support for Secured Signing Face to Face

A new option has been added for Word Document Electronic Signature blocks for Secured Signing "Face to Face" signing.

To utilise, add a new constant in the Document "SecuredSigningUseFaceToFace" and set to True. The standard documents now include this constant by default.

The Electronic Signature block will then update the Secured Signing Smart Tag to include details for Face to Face, i.e. ".F2F", and the mobile phone number. Note, if the Client does not include a valid Mobile Phone Number this will not be set.

Note, the Secured Signing account requires SMS to be enabled.
