Bank Accounts, Payment Methods; added "Portal Information"

A new text field "Portal Information" has been added to Payment Methods. It can be found on the Direct Debit page of the Payment Method wizard.

Portal Information is only available if the database is licenced for Portals, and can be used to provide additional information about the Payment Method. This may include the Terms and Conditions, or Direct Debit Authority information about the Payment Method.

Note: Portal Information is not used in the system as standard, but has been made available for use in Portal customisations.
