HTML Widgets; Account Direct Debit Stop wizard; updated to show manual transactions

The Account Direct Debit Stop wizard has been updated to show manual payment transactions. These payments will not be Direct Debited but are still payable by the borrower.

This allows the user to better see the overall payment schedule including all payments.

In addition there is a new column "Pay Value" that shows the total payment due. Note, this column is automatically hidden if there is no manual payment transactions.

Additionally, the following existing columns will now automatically hide if they do not have values:

• Calendar Drilldown
• Stop
• Notes

The widget can be run with the following start-up parameters to force the "Notes" and "Pay Value" columns to be hidden:

• HideNotes = true
• HidePayValue = true
