Sample Account Application Package; Standardised terminology

Terminology has been standardised in the Account Application Sample HTML Widget. Specifically:

• Use of "pre-load" and "preload" has been standardised to "preload"
• Use of "pre-populate" and "prepopulate" has been standardised to "prepopulate"

The hard-coded references to "New Zealand" or "Australia" has been removed from the image file upload, entitled "Or, supply a Drivers Licence photograph" and replaced with:

• Upload a photo or use your device's camera to capture an image of your Driver's Licence and prepopulate Applicant details

The following example HTML Widget has been updated:
