Portals; Sending password reset email and resetting password do not display notification messages as expected

Sending a password reset email (from the link on the Sign-In page) and resetting the password were not displaying the intended notification messages.

This was due to the widget stylesheet not being included for these "special" pages.

NOTE: This would also have prevented any error messages being displayed hence, if the email was not sent, e.g., due to configuration issues, no warning would be given.
