PPSR NZ; Security Statement Register Action set to "Amend" on Save

When saving a Security Statement, the PPSR NZ Register Action is unexpectedly set to "Amend".

finPOWER Connect will do this when the details to send to the PPSR have changed since finPOWER Connect last sent a Register or Amend to the PPSR - and this is correct and as expected. Note, this might occur even if you have not directly changed information on the Security Statement, for example if the address of a Client (Debtor) has changed since the last Register or Amend.

However, there may be instances where the details in your finPOWER Connect database match those on the PPSR, even though the details since finPOWER Connect last sent a Register or Amend have changed.

In this scenario the Security Statement may get stuck setting the Register Action to "Amend" every time the Security Statement is saved.

A change has been made so that when an Amend is attempted and the details in finPOWER Connect match the PPSR, the Security Statement is updated to correctly reflect this, i.e. clear the "Amend" action.
