Standard Transaction Loan Payments; if Account is paid by Direct Debit then always show as Direct Debit

If an Account is paid by Direct Debit then Standard Transaction Loan Payments always show as Direct Debits in the Schedule.

The schedule now only shows Standard Transaction Payments as being paid by Direct Debit if the Payment Method defined on the Standard Transaction is a Direct Debit.

Note, they are correctly handled in Account Processes.
