HTML Widgets; DateBox control; Better formatting and validation message

The widget.UI.DateBox control has been updated to give a better validation message when just a MaxValue() is specified.

Instead of just displaying "valid range 10/10/2020", the message now reads "valid range to 10/10/2020".

The styling of the validation message has also been updated so it lines up correctly with any description (e.g., Week day or Age) that may be displayed after the control. This was particularly noticable when using either the "Public1" or "SemUI" styles that could be configured under the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form.
