Scripts etc forms; unhandled exception in Constants page

In the Scripts form, Constants page it is possible to create a "An unhandled exception has occurred. Index was outside the bounds of the array." error.

To recreate:

1. Open Admin, Scripts form
2. Click Add
3. Go to Constants page
4. Click into Name cell - it will turn green
5. Click "Add Constants", answer Yes to remove existing, and OK to No Constants were defined message
6. Notice the Name cell is still green and there is an arrow head next to * in the Row selector
7. Click on the Row selector; the error appears
