Phone Numbers; may incorrectly insert the default Area Code

Phone Numbers may incorrectly insert the default Area Code when reformatting the Phone Number.

This occurs if a phone number is entered without punctuation and is for a country other than the default country.

For example, if the Global Setting defaults are country code "64", area code "06" and "+15005550006" is entered, the phone number is changed to "+1 (6) 500-5550006" - notice the "6" has been inserted.

You can enter the Phone Number as "+1-500-555-0006" or "+1 (500) 555-0006" and it works as expected.

A change has been made to ISPhoneDetails2 so that the Area Code is only inserted if the Country Code of the Phone Number matches the default Country found under Global Settings.
