Account Direct Debit Stop wizard; updated to show manual transaction

The Account Direct Debit Stop wizard has been updated to show manual payment transactions. These payments will not be Direct Debited but are still payable by the borrower.

This allows the user to better see the overall payment schedule including all payments.

In addition there is a new hidden column "Payment Value" that shows the total payment due.
