Client Bank Accounts; BSBs now displayed as a drop down list

Previously, BSBs were displayed as text fields when editing Client Bank Accounts. This has been updated to a drop down list so a Bank Branch can be selected from a list.

Note, the list is not limited to list, so manual entry of an unknown BSB is still supported.

This change can be seen in the following places:

• New Client Wizard (Banking Details page)
• Client form -> Tax & Banking
• Either editing an existing Bank Account or adding a new one

Note, this is only applicable when the database is configured to use a separate Account Sort Code (BSB), for example Australia, Papua New Guinea.
