Workflows; in the Busines Layer, setting AccountId or AccountPk does not set the Account object to reload

Updating the AccountId or AccountPk for a Workflow, via the Business Layer, does not set the Account object to reload - meaning if the Account property is accessed the Account will either be blank or the previous Account.

As a work around you may call the AccountRefresh function to force the Account to reload.

Note, the same issue applies to Account Application and Client objects.
