On the Credit Bureau, Bank Account, and Security Enquiry wizards, if a service is selected without specifying a branch, the Cost Centre information message displayed is "Cost Centres not currently implemented for this Service.".

This is incorrect as the enquiry will be charged to the default 'Global' Cost Centre. Therefore the message has been updated to "This will be charged to the default 'Global' Cost Centre.".
