Sample Account Application Package; Organisations were not handled correctly in the HTML Widget

Organisations were never supported in the Sample Account Application HTML Widget, however they could still be selected when choosing a Client to pre-load details from.

This has since been fixed, and now the User will be notified if they have selected an unsupported Client Type and will not be able to proceed through the wizard.

The following example HTML Widget has been updated:
