HTML Widgets; New Organisation Client HTML Widget does not allow address entry when the Document Manager is not available
The "New Organisation Client" HTML Widget was not allowing address details to be entered on the third page of the wizard if the Document Manager was not available.
This is now fixed and now ensures that only the "Image Upload" page is hidden if the Document Manager is not available.
