finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration; Scheduled Processes running one hour ahead of configured time
Scheduled Process are defined on the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form, Processed group, Scheduled page.
The time in the "Scheduled details" section in the item summary does not match the time in the "Calculated Schedule details" section, e.g., if the "Scheduled details" reads 3:00AM then the "Calculated Schedule details" section reads 2:00AM.
The values in the "Calculated Schedule details" section are being used to schedule the Process which is incorrect.
This occurs when there has been a change in daylight saving between the "Start Date" as configured on the Scheduled Process and the current date.
