HTML Widgets; Formatting functionality added for Card Expiry Dates

HTML Widgets such as the Bank Entry wizard can allow entry of Card Expiry dates.

These are formatted as "MM/YYYY", e.g., "09/2022".

A new widget.FormatCardExpiryDate function is available to format a user-entered value.

If the value does not conform, a blank string is returned.

NOTE: Although Card Expiry Dates are held within finPOWER Connect as Date values, for the purposes of HTML Widgets, they are converted to String values.
