New Zealand High-Cost Consumer Credit Contracts; Reset Account updated

The Reset Accounts facility found under the Tools, Database menu has been updated to handle New Zealand High-Cost Consumer Credit Contracts.

Note, if you change the "Is Default Fee?" option for an Element you may need to run this utility to update Account details.
