finAccount object; add new properties CanPostTransactionRefund, CanPostTransactionTransfer and CanPostTransactionWithdrawal
To streamline testing whether Withdrawal, Refund and Transfer transactions can be posted to an Account the following functions have been added to finAccount.
- CanPostTransactionRefund
- CanPostTransactionTransfer
- CanPostTransactionWithdrawal
Note, this has been added to support NZ High-Cost Loans, where Withdrawals, Refunds and Transfers are not be possible.
