Action Scripts; Refresh Required parameter now does a deeper refresh

Action scripts include a parameter "refreshRequired" which tells finPOWER Connect to refresh the form once the script is completed.

The refresh has been updated to do a full form refresh, i.e. a deeper refresh, which fixes a minor issue with this function.
