Portals and HTML Widgets; New method to retrieve the URL of a Resource Image

The following method is available for Portals (via the widget or page objects) and from HTML Widgets (via the widget object):

GetResourceImageUrl(resourceId,[maxWidth])

This allows Images defined in the new Resources Admin library to be used from HTML Widgets and Portals.
