Logs; add "DocumentSendEmail" column, previously stored in Properties column
A new column "DocumentSendEmail" has been added to the AccountAppLog, AccountLog, ClientLog and UserLog tables.
Previously this property was stored in Properties column, and always saved to the database - which was inefficient.
