HTML Widgets; Form Actions; Now shows actions tiles on larger screens

The Form Actions list (e.g., the Client Contact Address Widget was shown as a list. In finPOWER Connect Cloud, this list could get quite long, e.g., for an Account.

On larger screens, the Form Actions are now presented as a set of tiles under each category, thereby showing more on screen.

NOTE: Unline finPOWER Connect Cloud, there is no search field in the form title since the word "Actions" remains for HTML Widgets.
