Portals; finPortalHandler.PortalPageId incorrect when calling events
Portal Scripts can identify the currently loaded page using the finPortalHandler's PortalPageId.
However, apart from when fetching the initial page content (i.e., the HTML), the PortalPageId property was not reliable and may have been blank.
