Addressing Interface; using a Proxy Server may fail
In the Addressing Interface, functionality may fail if using a Proxy Server with a User Name and Password.
For example, the Admin, Postcodes and Addressing form, Address Full page, the "Check" and "Download" buttons may fail with a Proxy Server error.
