Account Quotation wizard; may fail with a "Date must be between 01/01/2000 and 31/12/2019" message

The Account Quotation wizard may fail with a "Date must be between 01/01/2000 and 31/12/2019" message.

Firstly check the Entity Begin and End Dates defined on the Accounts page are correct.

If they are okay, the workaround is to make sure there is a default Branch defined under User Preferences, Client group, General page.
