Banking Details; enhanced validation

The validation for various Banking property values has been updated.

Validation now substitutes diacritical characters and other invalid characters are removed - leaving only standard ASCII characters. This is more in line with Banking standards, which only support a limited subset of characters.

The following properties have been updated:

• Account Name
• Account Number
• Account Sort Code
• Card Security Code
• Reference

Note, some of these values typically only support numbers.
