Portals; JavaScript page object did not have a PageId() property as described in the documentation

The Portals JavaScript page object (an extension to the widget object) was documented to have a PageId() property, however, attempting to access this property caused an error since it was not documented.

This property now returns the Id of the current Portal Page.
