Business Layer; Account Applications; UpdateApplicantFromClient method not loading physical address as expected

The finAccountAppTypeScriptBase.UpdateApplicantFromClient method used in Account Application Type Scripts to pre-load Client information into an Applicant was not always loading address information as expected. The AddressPhysical property was not always set if the Client had a physical address.
