Electronic Signatures; may fail to update Linked Log
When updating or cancelling an Electronic Signature Service Log, the Linked Log (e.g. Client Log) may fail to be updated. The Electronic Signature is still updated successfully.
An error similar to the following is reported "Failed to update Electronic Signature. Electronic Signature has been completed, but the related Log was not updated. Please try again. Failed to update Log linked to Service Log 123456. Failed to save Client Log. You cannot save Clients Logs that you did not create or are not the owner or delegated owner of.".
This occurs if the User does not have permission to update the Log.
