Tools, User Security, Certificates; Imported Certificate information may not save

Under Tools, User Security, Certificates, if you edit an existing Certificate and import a Certificate File and don't change any other information the changes are not saved.

A workaround is to update other information on the Certificate form after you have imported a Certificate.
