Loan Statement Document; Add message to print below "Closing Balance" in Payment Advice section

The Loan Statement Document now includes a message below "Closing Balance" in Payment Advice section. The message states "The Closing Balance is not the amount needed to fully repay this Loan. Please contact us to request a Settlement figure.".

It is defined by the constant "ClosingBalanceMessage", and therefore can be amended to your own wording.

The document template "Loan_Statement.xml" has been updated to version 1.05 on 20/06/2019.
