Accounting Ledger Object Events script; "AccountingLedgersCustom" event not called when expected

The Accounting Ledger Object Events script "AccountingLedgersCustom" event was not called when expected.

This was only called when the "Customise" button was clicked by the User in the Accounting Ledger drilldown form.

However, if the default Accounting Ledger method is "Custom" it was never called. Therefore the script is now called when Accounting Ledger accruals are created, i.e. in the finAccountingLedger.CreateAccruals() function.

Note, this means the script is run when Accounting Ledgers are first defaulted and when a Disbursement is approved.
