Close Accounts wizard; changed default "Refund Credit" to $999,999,999

The default value for Account Types, Close Option "Refund Credit" has been changed from $0 to $999,999,999.

This means, by default, all Loan Accounts due a Refund will be included in the Close Accounts wizard.

Note, when set to $999,999,999, finPOWER Connect will include all Credit Balances even if greater than $999,999,999.

In addition the "Show All?" option in the Close Accounts wizard has been removed.

NOTE: We recommend you update all Account Types so "Credit Refund" is $999,999,999.
