HTML Viewer/ Summary Page; showing characters using the incorrect character encoding

The HTML Viewer for Summary Pages may show characters using the incorrect character encoding.

Summary Pages should use "Unicode (UTF-8)", but this was sometimes being set to "Western European (Windows)".

finPOWER Connect now forces the HTML to use "UTF-8" encoding by including the meta tag "<meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html;charset=UTF-8'>" in the HTML header.
