HTML Widgets; New Account wizard; More support added for Deposit Accounts

The system-supplied New Account wizard HTML Widget has been updated to include better support for Deposit Accounts. These changes are mainly on the "Other Details" page and include:

• Statement Start Date is now mandatory
• Interest Payment details (including Transfer to another Account)
• Maturity instructions added
• Reinvestment details added
• Repayment details added

The following system-supplied HTML Widgets have been updated:
