Equifax (Veda) NZ Defaults; Default Status may be set when Account is Closed

When Closing an Account, if the Account currently has a Default Loaded in Equifax (Veda) NZ, the Default Status should be updated depending on the Close method used.

If the Account is Written Off or is a Bad Debt Wriite-Off the status of the Default should be set to "Written Off". However, it was set to "Paid".
