HTML Widgets; Dropdown controls position incorrectly in scrollable pages

HTML Widget controls providing a dropdown such as the DateBox's Calendar may display the dropdown in the incorrect position if the page is scrollable.

NOTE: Typically, our system-supplied Widgets avoid scrollable pages so this would have had no noticable impact on existing Widgets.
