Security Statements; Updating Security Item using Business Layer could leave incorrect Description

The following types of Security Item should always have automatically generated descriptions:

• Aircraft
• Boats
• Motor Vehicles

However, when updating properties of these security items via the business layer, e.g., Vehicle Colour, the description was not being automatically generated upon saving the Security Statement.

NOTE: In the User Interface, this would never happen.
