Proviso (Bank Statements) Bank Account Enquiries; Updated Reference to include the Client Id

The reference that is sent to Proviso (Bank Statements) with each Bank Account Enquiry application is now prefixed with the Client Id to make identifying the request easier.

Currently, this reference is not used by Bank Statements and is not included in email notifications.
