PPSR NZ; Remove G2B Interface functionality
Various PPSR G2B functions have been removed from finPOWER Connect, as this interface is no longer supported.

Note, in the Business Layer, G2B properties various properties and functions have now been obsoleted:
- E.g. PPSRG2BNZRequestUrl now returns a blank string
- finBL.Settings.WebServices.PPSRNZApiType now always returns isefinPPSRNZApiType.REST
