Phone Numbers; improved validation for Phone Number data entry

Entering a Phone Number with no punctuation normally meant finPOWER Connect failed to validate and reformat the number correctly.

For example, entering +61423119999 did not recognise "+61" as the international prefix as there was no space after the +61.

Additional logic has been applied to extract the international dialling prefix in these situations.
