NZ Government "NZBN Entity Details" Credit Enquiry; diacritical marks not handled properly

The NZ Government "NZBN Entity Details" Credit Enquiry was not handling diacritical marks properly.

For example, "Taupo" spelt using a macron above the "o" returns weird characters.

Note, there is still an outstanding issue with SQL Server databases not supporting Unicode characters - which means when saved the diacritical marks are lost.
