Refinance; on Financial page clicking next warns "Financial figures need recalculating." and won't proceed

When Refinancing an Account, when editing the new Account and using a Floating Rate Interest Type on the Financial page, clicking next may warn "Financial figures need recalculating." and you can't proceed.

This is due to a computer rounding issue; e.g. changing the premium rate may cause a rounding error on the overall interest rate which reflags the Account as needing to be calculated.

Note, this can occur in both the Startup and Ongoing Interest Rates.
