Quick Search; Results now tailored for Account Transaction entry

The Quick Search has been updated to allow contextual information to be specified.

A new context of "Account Transaction Entry" has been added.

This excludes non-Open Accounts from the Search (if Accounts are included under Global Settings, Search) and also any Clients without Open Accounts.

This is also used in finSummaryPageStandardBlocksBase.QuickSearch_ResultSummary_Client to re-order Client Accounts, i.e., not show Quotes, Archives and Applications by default when we're looking in the context of Account Transaction Entry.

The following forms have been updated:

• Account Payment wizard
• Account Transfer wizard
• Account Withdrawal wizard
• Bank Entry wizard
• Transaction Entry wizard

The built-in Quick Search Summary Script has been updated:
