Cannot create new database when in 64-bit mode

When running in 64-bit mode, the dropdown allowing you to select a database type to create is disabled when attempting to create a new database.

This is because MS Access databases cannot be created in 64-bit mode and, even if creating a different type of database, our model database is an MS Access database, therefore no databases can be created.
