Account Applications; Collateral Items; Serial Number maximum length increased from 20 to 50 characters

The maximum length of the Serial Number of a Collateral Item has been increased from 20 to 50 characters.

WARNING: When transferred to a Security Statement Item, the Serial Number may be truncated since Account Applications store Manufacturer Serial Numbers in the same field.
